Registration

To register for a course, please click here to complete your Application Form. We will confirm your registration within 48 hours with payment instructions by email.

Payment Schedule

US$ 50 registration fee is to be paid at the time of booking. The balance (total payment minus registration fee) is due no less than 4 weeks before the course begins. Should you register less than 4 weeks before course begins, the total amount must immediately be paid in full and the registration fee is then US$ 100.

Bank fees are the responsibility of the student. Should we not be able to confirm your registration, and should you refuse our substitute offer, you will be refunded immediately.

Alteration of Bookings

We shall be happy to comply with your wishes for changes in your arrangements in respect of dates, accommodation, etc., as far as possible, up to 2 weeks before the start date of your program.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing. A cancellation becomes effective upon receipt of written or wired notification by Fast Forward Language Institute. If you cancel no later than 4 weeks before the course begins, we retain only the registration fee.

If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the course begins, we reimburse you 80% of the course and lodging costs.

No refund is possible in the event of cancellation three days or less prior to the start of the course, or after the start of the course, due to non-arrival of participants.

Insurance

School fees do not include any sort of insurance. We recommend that you have your own health, accident and liability insurance before embarking on your trip.
