Fast Forward Language Institute can grant credit directly to students enrolled in an accredited university, or they can go through one of our partner programs.

To receive direct credit (which is often more economical), you need to get approval from your own institution prior to beginning your studies. We are happy to provide any necessary information to help you do this.

At the end of your studies we will also provide, upon request, a detailed transcript of your work for you to take back to your host institution.

Fast Forward Language Institute and the University of Alabama have teamed together to create an exciting study abroad opportunity this summer. We invite you to join our three-week program in Brazil, with the opportunity to earn 6 credit hours:

• 3 credit hours CIP 200: Introduction to Global Studies

or

• 3 credit hours intensive Portuguese course

Participants will study in both Maceio and Sao Paulo, in addition to three special weekend trips to other regions of the country.

Make more of your summer by studying in Brazil! Combine exciting cultural immersion, travel, and language study, all while earning college credit!

Course Highlights:

• Accommodation with local Brazilian host families during your studies.
• Coursework in Portuguese language at all levels, from beginner to advanced.
• 3-credit Global Studies course, taught by University of Alabama faculty.
• Travel to five different areas of Brazil, from the Amazon region in the north, to spectacular Iguaçu falls in the south, to beautiful Rio de Janeiro.
