Fast Forward Language Institute can grant credit directly to students enrolled in an accredited university, or they can go through one of our partner programs with Brookhaven College or the University of Alabama.

Fast Forward is pleased to now offer the option of earning recognized US college credits for Portuguese language studies at either Fast Forward location in Brazil. Through a new partnership with Brookhaven College, a member of the Dallas County Community College District, Fast Forward students may now earn up to 14 credit hours.

Credits will be issued for transfer by Brookhaven College. Students must register for the credit program with Brookhaven, and an additional fee is required. Credits can be granted for any of our beginner or intermediate-level programs of 20 weekly hours or more.

Fast Forward Language Institute and the University of Alabama have teamed together to create an exciting summer study abroad opportunity. Join our three-week program in Brazil, with the opportunity to earn 6 credit hours, granted by the University of Alabama. Participants typically study in both Maceio and Sao Paulo, in addition to three weekend trips to other regions of the country.

You may also receive direct credit, if your university accepts it. For this option you will need to get approval from your own institution prior to beginning your studies. We are happy to provide any necessary information to help you do this. At the end of your studies we will also provide, upon request, a detailed transcript of your work for you to take back to your host institution.
